Gala Dinner
Golf Day
Join us on Wednesday, November 25th at Drapers' Hall for an exclusive evening bringing together the UK's top business leaders in support of The King's Trust. The evening begins with a champagne and canapé reception, followed by exquisite dining in one of London's finest grand rooms — a venue familiar from films including The King's Speech and GoldenEye.
Marble-columned, galleried and gilded, Drapers' Hall has hosted Her Majesty The Queen and other heads of state. Its vast ceiling is adorned with scenes from Shakespeare's The Tempest and A Midsummer Night's Dream, while the walls display fine silver and royal portraits.
Guests can bid in live and silent auctions featuring exceptional lots, and try their luck in a raffle with sought-after prizes. All proceeds support vulnerable and disadvantaged young people aged 11 to 30 as they build confidence, develop essential life skills, and move into jobs, education, or training.
Come and join us on Tuesday, 29th September for a day of golf in aid of The King's Trust at North Hants Golf Club, Hampshire, the home course of major champion and Olympic gold medallist Justin Rose. Founded in 1904, the course was laid out by James Braid and reshaped by Harry Colt and Tom Simpson.
Guests arrive from 07:45 for breakfast rolls, tea and coffee, a welcome briefing and a putting demonstration with the pro, before a shotgun start at 09:30. The format is Team Stableford, with the best three scores from four counting at each hole.
Score enhancers run throughout the day, including Beat the Pro, nearest the pin, longest drive and a par 3 challenge. Dinner and prize giving follow from 16:00. Every £10,000 raised gives 13 young people in poverty a grant towards equipment for work or training.
Leadership Development Series
Restaurant Takeover
The Leadership Development Series is a live virtual programme that prepares students for the future workplace. Each session pairs a 45 minute leadership presentation with a 15 minute interactive Q&A, giving students direct access to senior leaders from business, technology and sport.
Eight sessions cover productivity, personal brand, effective communication, trust and psychological safety, emotional intelligence, coaching, resilience and leadership, and AI and the future of work. Guest speakers include Neil Speight, Bridgeway Education CEO and former Bermuda Cricket Board President, and Pete Evans, Head of AI Transformation at Atos.
Employers value more than academic achievement, so the series bridges the gap between education and employment with practical advice, real world perspectives and the confidence to thrive in a changing world. Participating institutions are invited to make a voluntary donation after each session in support of The King's Trust.
Our Bristol Crew, Reetta, Alex and Connor, are taking over local restaurants for an exclusive dining experience in support of The King’s Trust.
The first of them will be held in a local wine and tapas restaurant Tapps for a Sunday luncheon, where guests can enjoy a specially curated set menu with optional wine pairing.
Alongside the dining experience, local musicians will provide live entertainment and a King's Trust Young Ambassador will share their personal journey, highlighting the impact of the charity's programmes and encouraging guests to make additional donations.
